Who: Simms and Cecilia Where: Interrogation Room A When: Around 7am
There wasn't much to the interrogation rooms, but there didn't need to be. Simms had a whole closet full of fun tools that could be moved into the interrogation room, should the need arise. Otherwise, the room was fairly bare, with a large, heavy table in the center of it that seemed to be fixed to the floor and had slots for locking handcuffs through, as well as two chairs and a light that, after a bit of toying with, he realized that he could adjust the brightness of. And now, it also housed Cecilia.
After dragging the unconscious woman out of her cell, Simms had dropped her off in the interrogation room, with the plans to leave her arms handcuffed to the loop built into the table, and to come back later, and figure out what to do with her. He realized soon after that he probably wouldn't have many chances to incapacitate her, though, and so he returned soon after, luckily still before she had regained consciousness. He took four sets of handcuffs, laid her out on her back on top of the table, and locked each limb to a table leg. It would be uncomfortable, with the table being just a little too short, and him having to dangle her legs off one end, which made her arms stretch backwards awkwardly. He found that he didn't much care if she was uncomfortable or not.
Finally, he took a fresh pillowcase from the closet and pulled it down over Cecilia's head. It wasn't like she would know where she was when she woke up anyway, but being blindfolded always provided a new horror, didn't it?
He waited for her to wake up, but he didn't stay close by as he did. There were breakfasts to deliver, apparently, and so he left the interrogation room's door open, waiting to hear her stir as he moved around the prison.
