Ice was somewhat less than impressed with the change in scenery - her cell had at least been dry - but it was what it was. She turned to toward the bars, offering a nod to the one who'd waved before she moved to see what she could do about finding a dry place to be in her new home.
She both tried and tried not to hear what might or might not be going on elsewhere in the cellblock; there wasn't anything she could do for Kate now.
Sighing quietly, Ice rested her hands briefly against a wall before she examined the contents of the cell. Since she didn't plan on laying on a wet mattress, she stood both of them up against the bars, leaving a gap she could see through. She didn't imagine they'd be dry by evening but hopefully this would be the only night it would matter, that tomorrow they'd be back in the more comfortable confines.
She wasn't real sure the lot of them would survive another day - and that was based on only what she'd seen so far.
