Simms had been expecting some fight, but Juno definitely had a lot more fight than he was expecting. He imagined that Audrey would be proud, though currently, he couldn't help but be annoyed with the other woman when Juno's heel caught him in the jaw hard enough that he was worried his teeth might have chipped. He sneered for a moment, but grinned again as he was able to get the jumpsuit low enough around her legs that it inhibited her kicking. Then, with a last tug, the orange jumpsuit slid off around Juno's ankles.
And then Simms balled the thing up under his arm, and turned and left the cell, locking it behind him. He tossed the thing in the still-open door to the station, then grinned at Juno from the other side of the bars. "This new you is interesting. I'll have to see what else you can do." He winked. "But later."
He left her alone after that, returning instead to the fire hose, which he collected and moved back into the station, less than neatly, before approaching Cecilia's crumpled form. Ignoring Kiley and Pam's yelling, he unlocked the cuff around the bedpost and twisted both of Cecilia's arms behind her back, cuffing her in place. Then he lifted the unconscious woman and threw her over his shoulder, and walked out of the cell.
"See you for breakfast, ladies," he told Kiley and Pam as he and Cecilia disappeared down the hall and into the station.
