"No, no, I'm fine," Edwin assured Oliver, clearing his throat as he tried to compose himself. He wiped his eyes again, then smiled over at Oliver, hoping that if he did, then he could keep from getting too emotional. He was happy, damn it. "Thank you, babe," he said, turning to kiss the corner of Oliver's mouth, and then run his fingers through the hair over his ear. "I kind of want to put the ears on."
Clearing his throat a few more times, he put the lid to the box back on, then smiled at Cecilia. "I'm glad you like it. When you wrote that you liked watches, I kind of had a eureka moment in my room. I know watches!" He grinned, leaning against Oliver as he watched Neptune. He bit his lower lip for a moment, then, "I kind of want to put it upstairs after all. Do you mind?"
