Immediately, when Juno saw the name on the wrapping paper she narrowed her eyes and set her teeth. The more Marco told himself he was okay, the less Juno believed it. She did as he told her, but didn't lose sight of it. That fucker was going to get that tentacle shoved up some body part. When Marco squeezed her arm Juno scooted closer to him and wrapped her arms around him sideways, almost unable to touch both hands together from all he was wearing. "Shhh tune it out. It's gone." She kissed his cheek. "You're welcome, I hope they're warm."
Looking around, she sighed and put her head on Marco's shoulder. "Jesus I've still got so much shit to open." Without letting go too far, Juno pulled some more boxes and opened them - a Christmas onesie from Kate that looked and felt really soft and warm, a laptop from Oliver, which was very appreciated, and then a narwhal plushie, also from Oliver, which made her smile - and gain knowledge, since the tag said narwhal which she assumed was the creature's name and not 'unicorn fish'. "Hey, look." She waved the plushie at Marco. "It's called a narwhal. I hope I'm saying it right. I hope I don't have to press on the 'h' 'cause that'd sound stupid."
