"Dude don't sweat it," Juno joked, poking Marco in the arm to make sure he got the pun. "It's not like these are the good dishes for a special occasion."
Then, she shrugged and pulled Christmas-themed pajamas from a pack from Kai. Pajamas were always good. Always good. She shot a smile at the really cool lava lamps, expression sweetening when Marco expressed his excitement about who had given him the gift. "Guess she gets you too."
Shrugging again, Juno looked around wistfully. Marco had a point, but she still felt bad. "People thought of me, Marco. Me. And I didn't think of them, I just thought of like...the main people."
Anyway; more presents. She pulled another smallish one, from Lena of all people, and as soon as the wrappings were off Juno's eyebrows shot up as close to her hairline as possible. She eyed Marco and pushed the box off her lap, away from his gaze. Then, she eyed it some more. It was weird, it looked like a space weapon of some sort and Juno wasn't sure she knew what went where. But she wasn't sure she wouldn't use it, either. And now, she was blushing.
Clearing her throat, Juno focused on the several presents that looked like books. Edwin had given her The Hobbit, Jack had given her two Star Wars cookbooks, and then Marco had given her a cookbook with a title that made her chuckle, and another book she blinked a few times at, turning it over in her hand, reading the back-cover synopsis. She looked up at him. "Thank you."
