As Juno looked up to see Jack peering from the landing she grinned widely, snickering when he proposed slingshots as he hugged her. Juno hugged back, squishing her cheek against his side and nodded to Kai. She was about to suggest she and Jack should go looking when Kai enlisted his help for a human tower of sorts, which he probably could handle. Kai wasn't that heavy, surely.
"Hey Kiley wanna come look in the shed just to be sure?" She said to the other girl, snickering at the cynicism that Juno felt was familiar. "Oh, we'll get ours eventually. Maybe the Eggnog is people."
Juno made her way to the front door, unbothered by being wholly unprepared for the cold. It was just for a second and if they did find the ladder, carrying it inside would warm them up quickly enough. "Or maybe there's no angel to put on top!"
