Who: Marco, Juno, Jack, and Oliver
When: Around noon
Where: Out in the yard, then onward
Marco was completely bundled. Oliver had made sure of that, stopping him when he tried to leave the room with only the Stitch onesie to keep him warm. But now, he was practically buried in fabric, and the only thing that made it clear that it was Marco under the big jacket was that stupid ugly hat that he loved so much, that could be spotted for miles. That, and he'd stayed attached to Juno, hardly letting go of her hand for a second since he'd gone up that morning to give her the hug he'd promised her. He wasn't sure why he felt so clingy to her this morning. Maybe because of her mood over the videos, or just because he hadn't really been too clingy at all since their last fight.
So he held her hand as they wandered through the snow, out to the snowmobiles. Neither of them knew how to drive them, but that had worked out fine with their other companions. Oliver apparently knew how to drive one, since he had volunteered to when Marco tried to leave his room, announcing that he was off to go learn. And Jack had told Juno that he could drive one, but was a bit rusty. This arrangement meant that Marco would have to let go of Juno's hand, which he felt less happy with, but at least they were outside, and he wasn't doubled over in pain, or too paranoid to function. Today felt like a good day so far.
When the snowmobiles were in view, Marco looked them over, like he might be able to tell that Chase had been there to check them out. Like he knew what a snowmobile was even supposed to look like. "I thought it'd look more like a jet ski," he said as he tugged the top of his jacket down a bit so his words weren't muffled. "I mean, not that I've ever ridden a jet ski either... It's gonna be like riding a fast sled, right?" His brow creased as he turned back to the snowmobile. It looked more like a jet ski than it did a sled, at least, but he wasn't sure what the hell that would mean. He really had no idea what to expect here.
