Who: Marco & Oliver
When: Early morning, around 7:30
Where: Marco's room
It had taken a bit of convincing before Marco was willing to open the door for Oliver. After seeing the video of himself, and deciding that he wasn't sure if it was real or not, Marco had wanted nothing more than to be left alone to get high, and he had rushed to lock the door before Oliver could get in, so he could give himself time to find even one pill from his stash. Just fucking one, so he could just be a little numb to the idea that the video was real. But he couldn't find a single damn pill. Juno had been thorough in cleaning out his room, and apparently, he wasn't very creative when it came to finding hiding spots.
And even still, Marco didn't want to let Oliver in. Now there was shame, because he knew that Oliver knew what he was doing, but that feeling was one of a handful of other emotions that he was struggling with this morning, and in the end, Marco had only agreed to let Oliver in if he promised to destroy the camera on the ceiling, which, try as he might, Marco couldn't quite reach. He'd even put his computer chair on his bed so he could stand on it and get to it, but the damn thing still swiveled, and Marco couldn't stand on it safely, even when he wasn't feeling the uncomfortable muscle soreness. He left it there, then went to the door to give Oliver his terms.
He wouldn't be leaving his room today, he explained, and Oliver had to destroy the cameras. That was how today was going.
That video had done nothing for his paranoia. He wasn't hiding it well, either, as he went through his room, studying everything a little too closely, and occasionally smashing at things with the heel of his sneaker. Because Oliver had gotten the main camera, but there were others. Of course there were, and there always had been. This fact left an uncomfortable paradox in his head about his illness, and though he'd wanted to keep it out of his mind by numbing everything, smashing things would have to do for now.
