Sterling snorted at the comment about Banksy. "One nation under CCTV" indeed. He clearly hadn't visited Mount Zenith. The shrug of concession he gave the slug answer also shrugged off his feelings on being watched. She had a point, really. It didn't change the fact that, while he could imagine the thing growing on him (possibly), he didn't quite understand the automatic liking of it.
For a moment he turned to glance at the nearest camera -- because it was obviously the closest point of reference to the mysterious "they" -- and wondered how they would manage to switch sculptures without disturbing at least the whole floor if not the whole building. "Don't say 'yet' in front of Wheelie Francis, he might get ideas," he said wrly, honestly intending it to be a joke. Although it was just as possible that whoever was responsible for wheeling him around might also get ideas.
An eyebrow arched slightly upon hearing that the girl who liked Wheelie Francis heard lots of things. He had been about to say something about knowing the feeling due to his history with recreational drugs, but he wasn't sure that was what she meant. Also Francis had to go and say that. "He believes he has skin," he remarked with a shrug, as though the thing was human and its feelings mattered. Honestly, Sterling had no idea why he had said that, but he let it slide. If he didn't, he would give in to the urge to touch it to see, and he couldn't shake the feeling Wheelie Francis would pull a Carrie and grab his hand. He was going to have such an adrenaline buzz when he got away from this room. Which was interesting, because he was rarely this easily effected by the creepy. Except the thing was interesting all on its own, which made it something of a train-wreck.
"Ah, Sterling Fells," he blinked up at Lisa with his usual introductory smile, breaking out of what would have been a staring match with a statue if the thing had been looking up. The manner of her introduction didn't faze him. "I would shake your hand but as much as Wheelie Francis fascinates me, my place is here or further away."
