Marco uncurled himself from his new position so he could reach out and nudge Lisa's shoulder, before returning to his position that wasn't actually causing him the comfort he was hoping for. "I'm not a hallucination. Neither are you, unfortunately," he grumbled, "but you sound like one." He brought up the tone of his voice mockingly. "Don't take your meds! It's better! Bleeeh!" At this point, he was getting closer to taking more meds, specifically the morphine in his pocket. He probably shouldn't do that just for the pick-me-up, though. He needed to at least try.
