Lisa's lips were moving along with the Mad Hatter's as he spoke to the Knave - Lisa didn't care for the Knave, he was all... wrong-looking even to her - when she realized someone else was in the room. Or well, she realized that she thought someone else was in the room. Several hours earlier she'd been watching a little cat and dog and something that looked like a camel or an elephant prance around on the maze on her ceiling so really, it was anyone's guess whether he was real or not. Tearing her eyes away from the screen, Lisa tipped her head to the side as she studied him. His posture was remarkably similar to her own, but he didn't seem to be as enraptured by the movie. And he was in pajamas. He has pajamas! Cecilia had said something about there being a clothing store in the town, so maybe he had been there long enough to go?
If he's real, she reminded herself. He might be. Usually her hallucinations knew what she knew so one of them would never be asking her what movie she was watching. "Alice's Adventures in Wonderland," she answered at last. "The live action one. It's better than the cartoon, they made it more like the book." Except the book was, undeniably, worse. Depending entirely upon one's definition of the word or if they had even read the book since most adults, she had been shocked to learned, hadn't. "You've never seen it before?" You're real, right?
