"I couldn't tell you anyway, since I don't know who they are," Marco explained with a shrug. "Someone here put an octopus in my toilet and then painted on my wall, though, and probably the same someone put stars on people's door today. I don't know if they knew they would trigger a break for me, but they're not a good person. I just don't know who they are." He scanned the room again. He at least knew a few people were safe. Now that he'd said it out loud, he wondered if he even should have said that to Kiley. She had never seemed dangerous to him, though. Just kind of bitchy. He could understand that, though.
He rubbed his hand over his face, as if that could reset the conversation back to something less complicated. He looked down at the cup in his other hand, and breathed a laugh. "Yeah, maybe I should go find those dominoes," he muttered. "Do I... Am I supposed to bring them back down here, or do I just play with them where I find them?"
