Lila knew they would find Simms guilty. The prosecution and Judge had already been violent with Simms and the Council hated him. Nothing mattered if the majority of the house was against you. And Oliver had decided to throw it out there that they tried to give her options, and yet didn't bother asking Lila to speak. He didn't bother giving Lila the chance to explain why she had said no. Why give her any shot at swaying the jury's mind herself? That was interesting.
Lila stared at each person on the sham of a jury. They believed Simms was capable of rape and yet they were willing to throw her to the wolf himself. Had they thought about what could happen to her if she and Simms were thrown into a cell together? No, because Simms's removal was not for the safety of the house, it was for the safety of Juno, who clearly couldn't protect herself in any situation. They didn't know Lila, so she was easy collateral damage. If Simms attacked her? Well, according to Oliver, that was just out of their hands now, wasn't it? How.... easy.
She wasn't upset, just amused, because just like that, these people had shown their true colors as they hid behind self-righteousness and the façade of being 'good people'. Lila sought out Lennon to give him a small, apologetic smile before she stood, ready to be led to wherever they wanted her to go.
