Oliver nodded his thanks at Kai as he took the paper, then sat back in his seat to open and look at the paper, holding it up to read it. Thankfully the paper was covering most of his face for everyone but the jury, because fuck, he couldn't help it. The corner of his mouth twitched upward briefly, his eyes darting to Kai then back to the paper again as he schooled his expression once more.
He leaned forward in his seat, resting his elbows on the wood in front of him as he eyed Simms, somehow managing to look entirely blank as he gave out the verdict. At leas the guy was already cuffed. "Scott Simms, you've been found guilty by the jury." Looking back to the rest of the group, he continued. "In accordance with Their rules," at the word their he pointed vaguely up in the direction of one of the cameras without bothering to look at it, "Simms is to be escorted back to his cell. Whatever happens beyond that is outta our hands." He looked at Lila, and while he felt a pang of sympathy for her, she should have taken the offer for help. "I'm sorry, darlin', but you've gotta go too."
