Oliver's thoughts ran a parallel to Cecilia's on the Chase front, and he found he was almost glad he'd let the kid continue as he had been. Even that last part. He also couldn't be mad at Erran. The guy had volunteered, but he wasn't fooled into thinking there was anything about this the guy actually wanted to do. It was a cursory effort on probably the second worst target in the room to pick, but Juno had at least gotten away without pestering. Still, if Erran planned on doing that to everyone who came up on the stand this was going to last longer than anyone probably wanted.
He caught Cecilia's look and nodded subtly before moving his gaze to Erran. "Do you have any questions for Mr. Hawthorne that are actually relevant to the case against your client? If not I'm going to have Cecilia call her next witness."
