Oliver watched Owen for another second before squaring his shoulders. His hand clenched and relaxed, the only thing drawing him back a little being that mention of no more lawbreaking. So some semblance of the plan was maybe still in action.
"They're kickin' you to the curb tomorrow. Trial's just a formality," he called, the statement starting with his stern gaze on Owen before locking it on Simms. "Apparently They're just as tired of you as we all are. They don't want to have to keep wasting resources or making special arrangements. So, tomorrow a bunch of people who already can't wait to get you gone are gonna vote, and you just won't be here anymore."
