Oliver knew that they could only do their best when it came to situations involving Them, and as far as he was concerned this was about as good as they were going to get. After talking to Cecilia about the backup plan, he figured all that was left was getting Owen updated and getting a message to Edwin on what he should do if things went bad. He considered using the network, but didn't know if Edwin would be checking the computer all that often while he was working on opening up. Instead, he wrote down on a diner napkin that told Edwin to be ready to message Cecilia if things went bad, or if one of them said to, and that she'd be waiting just in case, figuring he could slide it over to the man without Simms being any the wiser. It was now currently in residence in his pocket as he made his way into the police station.
Glancing in the direction where the cells sat, he made his way over to Owen, speaking low so they wouldn't be overheard. "Cecilia's standin' by. I've got a note to slide to Edwin to let him know he's gotta message her if things start to go south. Figure it's likely you and I might be a little distracted if things go south. Also heard from Erran. He's on board the same way we are. Trustin' Cecilia and as a last resort." He glanced toward the cells again, keeping his voice low. "You tell him anythin' yet?"
