Marco wasn't sure what to say, he just knew that he suddenly felt really annoyed with Oliver and Cecilia for cutting Juno out of the conversation. He glared down at the counter and just hoped that neither of them noticed. "I don't want anything," he muttered as he turned to go sit with Juno.
"Hey," he said softly, then gestured for her to move down on the seat so he could sit next to her. He put his hand down on the table, palm up, as an offer for her to take it again if she wanted. "I'm trying to help and not add to all the overwhelming things happening right now, and I want to make up for not being there for you the first time, but I'm not really sure what to do, so I'm just gonna sit here and if you want to tell me what you're thinking, that's cool, but just sitting quietly is okay, too." He looked up at her and shrugged. He didn't bother to even try to smile, because that felt like the wrong response.
