Juno didn't quite scoff when Cecilia said that Owen would shadow Simms, but she was tempted to say 'same' when Jack did. She did give Cecilia a thankful smile and nod when the nurse said her priority had been her wellbeing, however. "Okay," Juno said faintly. "Thanks for understanding."
Marco, whom she attempted to actually smile at when he spoke to her, also had a point in that maybe a message first thing in the morning to the people Simms had affected would have been nice. But Juno was starting to understand that the council, such as it was, hadn't really been involved until well after the orders had been given. And that pissed her off.
She jumped at the ringing sound of the door opening, relaxing only when she saw the tall figure in police clothes coming through it. Juno waved at Oliver, glancing at his hand as it touched her shoulder, and leaned into the counter waiting anxiously for news.
"I hardly wanna speak at all as it is." Juno confessed as a way to tell him she understood the plan was not to be talked about.
