The whole concept of C39 was kind of fun. It was almost like one big cosplay or whatever, and he had a feeling people like Chase and Edwin were probably really into it, especially with the possibility of rewards. Tobias was kind of nervous about it himself, because he looked ridiculous in his clothes, and because apparently he wasn't built for much more than menial labor and delivering groceries and milk. The upside was that he was 'married' to Madison. It was weird, yeah, but only pretend, so Tobias didn't see any real reason to freak out over it. As long as she didn't freak out, it would probably be okay.
But god, she was going to laugh when she saw him in his clothes. At least they fit pretty well, and he had an okay body so... maybe that made up for the silly hat? He didn't know.
Tobias jumped right into things, pleased when he saw his points count start to tick upward. He wasn't really a fan of working, but it was part of the game, and he would take something like this over climbing billboard ladders, haunted islands and sticking his feet into creepy boxes any day of the week.
When he headed home, Tobias took his time, trying to put off having to show himself to Madison. Maybe she wouldn't laugh. Maybe she would and he would laugh with her. He wasn't really sure. He got to their house, finding it small and kind of cute. Cute for what it was anyway.
Tobias approached the door and tugged his hat off before letting himself inside. He caught side of Madison and smiled. She looked pretty in that red dress. "So.... hi," he said, unsure of how to proceed.
