Owen knew it was wrong to find any entertainment in this 'experiment', but how was he supposed to be indignant when Cecilia was dressed like that? He knew the points were important for them, for everyone, but he didn't think anyone would go too far. At least he hoped they wouldn't.
He chuckled and slipped his hands down to rest on her hips. "Let's not go that far," Owen murmured. He didn't want to have as much responsibility as They had given him, but at least they acknowledged that in his "bio". Owen smiled and shrugged softly. "You must have done an amazing job to get this stoic soldier to marry you." Yeah, that felt weird, but at least they were 'in character', right?
He needed to go find Lila, as he told Simms he would, but Owen wasn't entirely sure that was super pressing at the moment. He would have been an idiot to duck out now. "So this works, right? Having a bit of a break to see one another? I suppose if I'm the Sheriff, I can pick and choose my hours." Owen knew that wasn't exactly true, but it was a good enough excuse to stay put.
