Reginald made way to the sliding glass doors leading out into a rather luxurious looking back patio, giving Kiley as wide a berth as possible as he did so. He looked hard for any indicator -- a foreign tree or flower, even, would have been of great help. Alas, he could not say.
"I'm afraid I don't know," he said, regretfully. "England does indeed have mountains, though perhaps nowhere near as many as your United States. We're a much smaller country. I cannot tell if we are near any of them. We could very well be in the states. Either way, one of us did some unwanted traveling."
