Cecilia took the vest off of Neptune and folded it up before climbing to her feet and following Kate into her sitting area. "Reginald was one of the few people I clicked with in the very beginning," she said. "I don't know if you noticed, but I'm not exactly a social butterfly." She cracked a small, wry smile as she sat. "Reginald and I meshed. I think in the beginning he, Owen, and I thought closely along the same lines a lot of the time."
She hesitated briefly as she chose her words. She didn't want to tell the whole thing, about Reginald wanting to give up and die, because somehow that just didn't feel right. She supposed she could just go with the facts, and answer questions as Kate had them. But first, it seemed important to make sure she wasn't blazing into sensitive territory. She didn't know much about Kate's family life. "I know you don't have any kids, but what about siblings?" Cecilia offered Kate a sort of apologetic smile. "I just realized we don't really talk about home much. When you and I get together we kind of go into 'get stuff done' mode."
