Oliver's gaze moved from Reginald and back to Owen, leaning forward to rest his elbows on his knees. He'd managed to settle himself enough for his calm to take over his voice, it helped to focus more about what to do with the information immediately than dwell on what it meant.
"I agree that the house needs to know. Aside from all the other good reasons, like you said, we've got a lot of smart people around who could help work on figurin' the rest out now that we know what one of those numbers means." He tilted his head a little to the side. "As far as how to tell everyone, we've got a pretty clear hierarchy now, and there're a good number of people here who don't know Reginald." His gaze moved to the older man, nodding once. "No offense intended." He looked back to Owen and Cecilia. "Just think it might be better comin' from someone most of the people here already know. Already see as an authority, and havin' Reginald back up that information. The people who already know Reginald can vouch for him. Layers of defense in case somethin' along the line goes south." He raised a hand. "Not sayin' that's what needs to go down. Just a suggestion."
