Oliver had been slightly disappointed that "unofficially official date night" had been interrupted, but was looking forward to meeting the infamous Reginald despite that. And really, Cecilia had caught him at the right time, post-bathroom shenanigans and pre-party fun just as he and Edwin were making their way out the door. He'd removed Edwin's crown long enough to plop his hat down on the man's head, then position it so the royal accoutrement rested neatly along the brim, hugging the band, dubbing the man "King of the Prairie Elves" and promising to meet up with him downstairs later.
Of course, that entirely depended on what was actually going on, but he was doing his best to think positive.
He stood a comfortable distance behind Cecilia as she knocked on Reginald's door and moved inside, pausing slightly in the doorway as if he weren't entirely sure it was alright, then followed in. "Sir," he nodded politely to Reginald until he was close enough to offer a hand. "I'm Oliver. Seems like we only just missed each other last time around."
