Georgie shrugged, nonplussed by the idea. "I actually thought it was aliens at one point, so..." When Felix mentioned Francis Geogie frowned. "I did, yeah. I was all set to wish it a good morning and it was gone from the entrance. Did you know it was talking? Rae said it was saying words at her, like 'freedom' and things."
Laughing, Georgie gave Felix a curtsy and walked in first, drinking some more of her colorful cocktail. "I'm not going anyplace, I see myself as one of those people who go mad in the zombie apocalypse and start carrying double chainsaws and cutting through hordes of zombies while riding a shopping cart."
The trip was long; Georgie no longer remembered how long, and soon enough she was sighing impatiently. "It's like a shitty Victorian lift, my God."
