And trust me, you're not cramping my style. If anything, I think being around you gives me bonus points in this place." He chuckled and sipped his coffee again. It was strange feeling... normal. It almost felt like life before Lucia passed away. Excluding the entire captivity thing, of course.
Owen lowered his coffee cup and studied the snow covered tree tops before looking at Cecilia again. "I like being around you too. I don't think that's going to change. I'm pretty used to being alone. Prefer it that way, even. Or at least I used to. Now when I'm alone in here, I kind of wish I wasn't. I'm glad you knocked on my door this morning."
