Owen grinned. "You're really living up to that house mom image," he pointed out. "But it's good that someone thought of that, because I didn't." What if a newbie woke up and only had their pajamas, the way Cecilia had? Hopefully people in the house would have stepped up to loan out some of their own clothes, but one could never tell for sure.
He sipped his coffee carefully, relieved to find it still hot. "I was going to post about security later today," Owen said, glancing at Cecilia once he lowered his cup. "The majority of people voted you and Erran into the council. Not everyone voted, though, so I'm trying to decide if I want to give them a couple hours today to do it, or just post the results." Pam hadn't been terribly behind Cecilia in voting, but Owen had been relieved that they hadn't tied. He wouldn't have wanted to make that decision on his own, and he wasn't sure the house as a whole would have wanted that either.
