Who: Marco, Oliver, Edwin, Jack, Rae, Juno and OPEN to others who would be up and crazy that morning When: 7:30am Where: Outside
The instant Oliver saw all of the snow, he nearly reasoned out loud that at least here he didn't have to get up a four in the morning to snow blow his driveway. He managed to stifle that at the last minute, eyeballing the camera in the ceiling, and then going back to the computer to message Cecilia again. He was a little worried about the situation, but not surprised. Snow had always been on the forecast as far as he was concerned, though he'd have preferred a few more days to really get their ducks in a row. Marco was up and antsy as Oliver wrote up his post to the network and started to gather his warmest clothes. And then, surprisingly enough, Marco's when the kid decided he wanted to come along.
Dressing Marco for the weather was strangely fun, particularly when he threw one of his own sweaters over the kid's warm layers, and stuffed the ugliest knitted hat he'd ever seen onto Marco's head. He didn't need it yet, nor the coat he was planning on carrying downstairs with his own, but who knew how much of a chance Marco would have to wear any of it.
Going down the stairs turned out to be a bit of a problem, with Marco's uncertainty showing again, but they made it down into the foyer and through to the kitchen for breakfast and warm drinks. He made Marco hot cocoa with extra marshmallows, as per usual, and made himself a half coffee, half hot cocoa concoction that turned out much better than he'd expected. With both of their drinks poured into two clean travel mugs, he armored Marco up in the rest of his winter weather gear by the front door, then did the same for himself.
"Alright," he chuckled a bit as he patted the top of Marco's hat. "Now, if you start to feel too cold, or if your clothes start to get wet, you tell me, okay? And stay within sight of the house. Got it?"
