Who: Juno & Marco When: Afternoon Where: Marco's room
Marco was starting to realize again that things outside of Oliver's room weren't that scary. His talk with Kiley the day before had helped, though he wasn't sure he'd want her to know that. Still, he'd always felt somewhat uneasy around Kiley, and he'd survived their encounter, and all the way up on the fourth floor in a room that was basically unknown to him. If that was the case, then being in his own room with Juno would be a breeze.
Having been up there already didn't hurt, either, Marco decided as he stood outside his door. Last time he'd been a little disappointed that there had been no trace of the graffiti that had triggered him, thinking that he couldn't justify his behavior without proof that something had happened. This time, without Oliver standing there to assure him that it was okay and that he was doing good, Marco was glad that the evidence had been erased, even if it meant never knowing who had been responsible. It made opening his door much easier when he didn't have to face a dead octopus.
He waited for Juno in the open doorway, proud of himself for even stepping halfway through the door on his own. He idly squeezed the plastic bottle he'd brought with him, with the red glitter that only Juno was allowed to have in her calm down jar. He wondered if maybe he was supposed to respond one more time to her network message that he was heading up now. He was getting really bad at that.
