Who: Theo & Damon.
When: 11:10 a.m.
Where: The kitchen.
Theo woke in her new bed, stretching, slightly surprised that the previous day hadn't been a dream. She'd wandered around outside after running into Jim, stewing in her shock and frustration, and later started regretting the way she'd handled the first interaction she'd had with someone else at the...facility? She wasn't quite sure what to call it. After a while, she hadn't seen anyone else and grew bored and cold. Her clothes weren't the best for the slightly chill temperatures, so she had headed back inside to her room, where she'd spent the rest of the day "chatting" on the network with her fellow patients.
Sleep had come easily enough; trepidation had killed any appetite she might have had, and she slept through the rest of the day and the following night in a dead state. She was a heavy sleeper, and unconcerned with early mornings. When she finally woke, the sun was already well into the sky, and Theo continued to find it difficult that they were in some sort of "Hostel" situation. It was just...such a lunatic idea that she could not wrap her mind around it. Curling her back and reaching her arms against the sheets, she luxuriated in having the space all to herself; that is, until her stomach growled loudly. She'd slept nude, having thrown her clothes on the floor before climbing into bed. Redressing herself sans Abel's jacket -- and noting that her clothes were starting to smell a little -- she splashed water on her face and then headed out into the hall, intent on finding wherever the kitchen was located. She went down the stairs near her bedroom, descending into the foyer, where she felt a quick pang of guilt that she quickly smothered. Her booted feet carried her quickly and easily away from the scene of the crime.
The kitchen was easily found, but it's appearance did little to reassure Theo of her situation; if anything, it only underscored what she'd been told thus far. Fire damage from floor to ceiling took her aback, and she hovered at the entryway for a good five minutes before attempting to move inside. Even then, she lingered a mere few feet from the door, wondering if there was somewhere else she'd be able to find food.
