Marco smiled sheepishly and looked down at his feet. It was nice of Erran to wish that he had had better from the start, but that wasn't how things had worked out for him, and he wasn't sure how embarrassed to be over that. His past wasn't something he wanted to talk about today. "Well, what kind of resources?" he asked instead.
He looked up at the camera that everyone had in the middle of their room, then leaned in again. "I just, um... You know, Oliver's been kind of taking care of me since it got hard for me to, and Juno and Lennon made me that checklist a while back, and they've been mostly on my side, and then there's you... No one yells or makes me feel bad for getting scared or doing things weird. And they don't like me less for all the stuff I did when I was on drugs, which is a nice bonus. It's weird, because I, um, I don't think there's shit that I can do for them in return."
