Simms was, as to be expected, bored. Even with a computer in his cell, and stuff being brought to him by other members of Experiment B every so often, being locked in a jail was boring. Most of his entertainment came from working out, but he could only imagine that that would get boring after a while, too. Still, that was how he spent most of his time, which had even kept him from hurling insults at Edwin when the guy appeared for guard duty. That was probably for the best, since he was still trying to act like he was on his best behavior, for when the freaking' priest got there.
As he worked out, he thought about what he was going to say that might sound remorseful, and get him some sympathy. He tried to remember how to do a proper confession. The last time that he had had been some time when he was married, which was something like six years ago. Hopefully the priest would cut him some slack.
He wondered what it was that the people in charge would give him to make his days more interesting if he did succeed in making someone believe he was remorseful. The only think that he could figure was a key, but They were much more creative than he ever was.
