Who: Lila and Felix Where: Second floor; Chase's Room When: Mid-morning
The powers that be couldn't have been more helpful by removing the food from the house. It seemed as if people were distracted by the horrifying notion of being stuck with fruits and vegetables until they tidied up the house, which benefited Lila and what she planned to do that day. A few people headed into town shortly after ten o'clock and Lila watched the feed into Chase's room until the guy placed his caltrops and locked his door behind him.
It didn't seem as though Kiley stayed the night, or if she had, she left Chase's room earlier. Lila didn't move until Chase was on the path into town, and once he disappeared from view, Lila grabbed the empty cereal box she'd grabbed from the kitchen the night before. She slipped it into a pillow case, checked the feeds to make sure her path was currently clear, and left to find Felix. Lila wasn't thrilled to have to walk up to the fourth floor, but thankfully she didn't run into anyone.
He'd had an early morning from what she could tell, but Lila was counting on Felix being awake. She knocked lightly on the door and kept her grip tight on the pillow case.
