Kiley lowered herself on her heels, unable to grasp the lights above her. That was probably where it was... whatever it was. Something to release that stench into the air. It did make her feel better that Chase could smell it too. That she wasn't going nuts, and that They couldn't target her specifically for something so general as a smell. How could that even work? She didn't want to imagine what they would have to do to her for the cologne to be so isolated that only she could smell it.
"But how are they spraying it?" Kiley shook her head and looked up at lights again. Maybe she could use the axe under her bed to take them down. Kiley turned to Chase, her palm still pressed against the wall above her headboard. "Do you think they can do that outside?" If not, then she was okay with being out there, even if it rained.
