"I'll come," Chase replied without really needing to think about it. Of course he was going to go, and he figured, hoped that her saying that at all was more of a formality now than anything.
He stepped back out of the closet, fully dressed and wishing that he could have gotten a shower in beforehand, glancing up at her in slight confusion at her questions. He sniff-checked briefly, shrugging. "Just my deodorant. And, uh...morning breath." The last part was more of a murmur, and he glanced at the bathroom door, hoping Kiley would wait long enough for him to fix that problem before they left. He looked back to her, sniffing at the air a bit to see if he could get a whiff of whatever she had, shaking his head after a second. "Why? What do you smell?"
