Who: Lennon and Tobias Where: the guesthouse When: morning
The night before had been a lot of fun, and that had gone a long way toward making Lennon feel less mopey about certain things. He and the other three had hung out, talked, played some cards and then Kiley and Chase had gone back to the main house late; it had probably been nearly one a.m. even though Lennon wasn't sure of the exact time. It was true that there was only one bed, and while it was fun for the four of them to pile up together, it might not be as fun to sleep that way. A while after that, he and Tobias had gone to bed, talking for a few minutes in the dark before drifting off.
When Lennon started to wake up again, he was feeling as though he'd slept very heavily for some reason. His brain had run through the where am I? am I late for something? oh wait, Zenith happened sequence that still happened some mornings, and then he remembered that they weren't in Mount Zenith but in some tropical location. Slowly, fuzzily, his eyelids lifted and he hitched out a yawn. He was in the guesthouse bed and Tobias was still beside him, and it was starting to become warm in here. He'd kicked the covers off at some point, and he was still wearing his shorts and t-shirt from the night before.
Careful not to jostle the bed too much, Lennon stretched, arching his back and pointing his toes, then sighed and relaxed before glancing over to see if Tobias was awake yet.
