Juno knew Marco wasn't suggesting a suicide pact, but she would take what she could get at the moment. She wasn't sure his plan wouold work all that well but she was willing to try. "Okay." She agreed, voice faint and raspy. When he tightened his grip on her hand she turned it around, allowing her own fingers to entwine with his and squeeze just as tightly. Juno also squeezed her eyes shut and focused on Marco's touch and her breathing in an attempt to negate everything else. There was nothing else. Just them, not existing. Or existing in abstract. It had to be better than whatever shit existence they had right now.
"I know you are but you don't need to be. It's not all your fault. This morning is kind of mine actually. I'm sorry I had to tell you all of that. It felt wrong not letting you know." she murmured back. A sad smile came over her features at his question. "I wouldn't be here right now if I was. Promise."
