"Next couple of days, you may feel an increase in dizziness when you put your hands above your head if you're standing, so be prepared for that. Let people wait on you. Let Marco wait on you, I think he needs it. It'll help with some of that guilt he's got going on."
Cecilia dug through her bag quickly, finally finding just a simple bottle of Tylenol. "Here's the deal. I can't give you anything that's going to increase your bleeding risk, and I can't give you anything that will in any way make you groggy or loopy or any of that, not in the first twenty-four hours or so. I need to be able to spot a change in you, and if you're doped up, that makes things a lot harder. So it's just gonna be simple Tylenol, unless you've ever had any experience with Motrin in the past. It makes some people nauseated, so unless you can tell me you tolerate it well, I'd rather stick with something simple, or try to. If we try the Tylenol and the pain is unbearable we can revisit our options in a couple hours."
