The water temperature was perfect. Lennon was the friendly sort, but at the moment he wasn't thinking about who else was in here with him. He was listening only to the sound of lapping water in his ears and, beyond that, the ocean, thinking idly about various things he and Tobias had talked about last night. The wave of water came as a complete surprise.
Spluttering and coughing a little, Lennon flailed and briefly disappeared beneath the surface of the water before surfacing again. It was the big guy, Oliver, whom he'd seen but hadn't talked to all that much. Smirking, he asked, "You sure this is the hill you wanna die on? I'm pretty good at water fights." That being said, he quickly used his own hands and forearms to aim a wave at the other man.
