Marco, all of your friends like you because you're you. Food helps, but so does being a cool dude and a good friend, and you're both of those things. You're starting off way ahead.
I know a lot about food, but I also know a lot about whiskey. I think you need to know more about the second one right now, and I'll help you with the first one tomorrow, okay?
So first! Whiskey help!
Step One: I hope you picked a good one! For now it's a good idea to take a break. If there's any of the bottle left, put it somewhere safe with the top stuck on really well and save more for some other time. Preferably when you can share with your good buddy Jack.
Step Two: Drink some water! That's the first friend you need to make when you're drunk. If you've got any snacks, chow down! It doesn't have to be anything fancy, and I bet you've got a marshmallow stash somewhere. If not we're making you one tomorrow.
Step Three: Hang out and watch a movie, or chat with me for a bit. I'm around!
Step Four: When you can walk from wherever you're sitting to the bathroom without feeling wobbly, take a quick shower, or just brush your teeth and wash your face. You'll feel a lot better.
Step Five: Sleep! There's nothing better than conking out when you're just on the other side of a great bender.
When you wake up, message me and we can play kitchen jedi and padawan in the morning! Breakfast is the best comfort food you can make anyone, and it's really easy. While you're doing the Five Step Bender Program, I'll see if I can find a notebook and write down some stuff and you can keep it. I'll still help you tomorrow, but this way if you ever feel like just making something for the heck of it without help you'll always have something as a guide, okay?
