Koty was there, far in the back of his mind, in the recesses, not wanting to come out. He was tired, and humiliated and wanted the refuguse of the back of his mind where he could live in his imaginations, much like a constant dream state, or a state of unconsciousness. It was like a tangled forest he had created for himself, twisted with thorns of upset and embarrassement and he hid within them.
