Who ? O and Open Where ? Behind the Project When ? Monday What ? Planting
O had made an acquisition of all sorts of flowering plans. Hollyhocks, gladiolas, delphiniums, cone flowers, peonies, lilies, and hydrangeas to name a few. He would be the first to admit that he'd gotten a little carried away but he really felt powerless when faced with all the unique blossoms and fragrances. He was determined to find room though and had already done most of the hard work of cultivating that room himself. He'd mixed dirt with peate moss and fertilizer and tilled it back into the ground. He'd separated the area from the rest of the lawn with a low wall of white stones and by moving the plants from their containers and pots and laying them out over the freshly prepared earth he'd begun to work out the aesthetics.
Once he'd decided where he wanted everything to go, or thought he had, he took a step back to have a look at it and take a little break. Lifting the front of his shirt he wiped the sweat from his forehead and heavily sighed. He needed something to drink and maybe to douse himself with the hose he planned to water everything with when he was done.
