Thread: Abigale & Open Who: Abigale Hedge & Open When: May 14th, Morning Where: North Conway, Romy's Diner What: Grabbing some breakfast.
Abigale never cooked for herself. Well, she did, but the extent of it was sticking a Lean Cuisine into the microwave, which wasn't as easy as just ordering some Chinese to be delivered and eating it over a period of a few days. Cooking was never her forte, in fact she avoided it like the plague. She didn't have any cold pizza and her fridge was bone dry save for a couple of beers that were left. So to Romy's it was to, for once, get some decent food for breakfast. She was seated at the bar-line with a plate of eggs, hasbrowns, and a couple pieces of bacon in front of her. She'd order more because she needed to eat more.
"I hear the state is torn on some legislation about registering psychics," she could hear a few people in a booth not far from her talking about. Abigale stopped stirring the cream in her coffee and glanced over her shoulder. She wasn't psychic, but she was a lawyer that represented them and it peaked her interest. The other person changed the subject quickly and Abigale went back to picking up a piece of bacon and eating it. She was dressed in a classy business suit that seemed more big city than small town, but she'd come from a big city so that explained that.
"Excuse me, do you have a copy of the paper I could read?" she asked the waitress as she walked by.
