Who ? Stanley and Gunner Where ? Car When ? Sunday night, Monday morning What ? Grave Robbing
Dr. Bishop could feel the blisters on his hands pressing against the steering wheel as he squeezed it tightly in between his fingers. He enjoyed the sensation, the puss filled pockets beneath the upper layers of his epidermis were painful, grounding, and helped him to focus on something else other than the smell that slowly wafted into the cabin of the car from the trunk. In the back seat were two spades, muddy and sloppily resting across the upholstery and in the seat next to him his lab assistant, probably as tired and blistered as he was. Their trip had been successful though and in the trunk, wrapped loosely in a blue tarp, was their prize. The corpse they'd dug up had only been buried for a few weeks so the ground had still been soft but it still would have been nice if he'd had a Terrakinetic help him get through all that earth.
"I'm waiting for you to ask me," The Doctor admitted, glancing briefly over at Gunner from the corner of his eye before refocusing on the road. The question was, of course, why were they out there in the middle of the night on Easter digging up a dead person?
