Who ? Dr. Bishop and Gunner Where ? North Conway When ? Monday night What ? Looking for experiments.
The doctor had thought, when he first set foot into North Conway that afternoon, that finding a suitable, psychic individual in what had been recently labeled as a psychic town, would be as easy as a drunk High School girl. After all, he wasn't picky. He didn't care what a person's ability was, just that they were gifted and could easily disappear without much ado. That was how he'd chosen the original four in his Top Secret Experiment. He'd just picked them up off the street. Sure, there had been a little news coverage over the sudden disappearance of one of them but the others were apparently expendable and soon, if anyone ever had been looking for them, they had been completely forgotten about.
Doctor Bishop had decided he'd like to fill the vacancy with a woman, there was a disgusting lack of curves and wiles in his life and that definitely needed to change. North Conway was a small town, however, so he had to be a little less cavalier than he would have liked. He took Gunner to the mall since all sorts of people ended up there, and sat on the edge of the fountain outside the food court watching shoppers and mall walkers alike pass by with a critical eye. He was swiftly becoming frustrated, though, and the mall was a distracting place.
"I think we should give up for today," The doctor said suddenly with a grimace. He hated failure. He hated not getting what he wanted even more. "This is getting boring." He missed his lab and his experiments.
