Thanks very much for the offer, but now that I have the scans, it's not quite as urgent for me to get it, and I think I will try to get hold of the Japanese version if I can. In the meantime, I will content myself with picking up some of her other titles from jpqueen, and Prime Minister's Secret Diplomacy still seems to be in print from 801 Media, so I should get that while I can.
