Oh...my...God! I can't even begin to describe how much I loved this--the hotness and the vulnerability and all the layers of deceit! The arrogance of the two older men was perfect, and I particularly loved this line: "Kikuchi's haughty expression showed precisely what he thought: that Onozuka Yuu was exactly what he had deserved in exchange for his decade long exile in America." At the same time, I liked the way you showed the difference between the two relationships, that there was genuine love between K&O, and the envy that Miyasaka felt when he saw Kikuchi's expression soften for Onozuka. I really felt for Miyasaka when he was thinking about how easily Mochi would dump him if he didn't go through with the bet.
And I really, really liked the vulnerability that Miyasaka showed, in the middle scene where Onozuka persuades him to go along with the plan, and how it shows the deep trust and friendship that these two have for each other. And it also shows that Miyasaka isn't as dumb as he often seems, because he's smart enough to know not to cross Onozuka--something that Kikuchi and Mochi haven't learned, apparently. I also liked the moment where he enjoyed bossing Onozuka around for a change, although I was wondering if he's going to pay for it later on (even though it's actually Kikuchi and Mochi's fault).
The sex was so hot, and made even hotter by their lovers' jealousy. I actually think that the implied subtleness works better than a more graphic description, because it makes you feel like you're in Miyasaka's head, where he's so overwhelmed with pleasure that he's not sure exactly what's going on. And I loved the moment where Mochi finally loses it and puts a stop to things. Nice use of names to show the change in their relationship, and I think that "Hideharu" fits Mochimune perfectly.
So many brilliant lines in this fic! This was another favorite of mine: "If looks could kill, Kikuchi would have been drowned, stabbed, cut into pieces and burned to death."
And clever Onozuka, who was planning the whole thing all along! Man, he is really scary sometimes! ~_^ This story was brilliant--like a gay "Taming of the Shrew," and I love how Kikuchi and Mochi are the ones tamed in the end!
If you ever want to follow up on this fic, I would love to see what happens Miya-chan and Onozuka make their lovers do for the promised week where Kikuchi and Mochi do their bidding!
