Super Flight You can fly at high speed. This is not tied in to any form of telekinesis or mental ability, but is due to absorbtion of sunlight and your body's reaction to energy particles in the air. These create a propulsive force that allows you to get moving and stay moving in the air.
You CAN:
hover
move freely in the air with little conscious concentration
move beyond the speed of sound (sonic booms)
breathe at high altitudes
You CANNOT:
fly too fast without getting windburn
breathe outside the atmosphere
crashland without injury
carry much more weight than you would be able to on the ground

Bone Shifting Your skeleton has accelerated growth mechanisms. You can control the shape of the excess growth and form implements such as spears or blades that exit your body with ease. A built in protective enzyme keeps your body from suffering physical harm as the bones exit. This usually happens at places where bones are close to the skin (elbows, skull, knees, shins, etc.).
You CAN:
create simple sharp (or dull) implements (spears, blades, staffs) up to 3' long
overgrow: maintenance is necessary or you will ossify.
leave your skeleton alone for a few days to gain additional bone strength
form simple armour at your exit points (built-in helmets, shin and elbow pads, for example)
You CANNOT:
create indiscriminately: you are still "spending" bone from your skeleton.
fashion complex tools from bone
armour yourself entirely
leave your skeleton alone indefinitely: you will ossify (this takes about ten days)

Electricity Production Your mutation has resulted in you being able to generate and control electric current. Your powers operate in a manner similar to an electric eel. Consider your hands like a cathode and an anode; touching them together or touching them to something metal creates a circuit.
You CAN:
generate approximately 650 volts of electricity from your hands
control the amperage/current of said electricity
render your electricity output negligible in times of low stress, with concentration
short out machinery
You CANNOT:
absorb electricity
render your output negligible in times of stress or distraction
hear through concrete or heavy walls
maintain a high amperage/current for prolonged periods of time
shut off powered devices by interrupting electricity flow
